Meet Where It Matters

Hope Gardens Family Center in Sylmar California is a program of Union Rescue Mission. It’s a Transitional Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing campus that empowers single mothers with children and senior women experiencing homelessness. Far from the dangerous streets of Los Angeles, the Center moves up to 50 single moms and their children, and 24 senior women from homelessness to independence within 12 to 36 months. Hope Gardens Family Center offers women and children long-term rehabilitation programs and services that includes a comprehensive case management program designed to support and empower them as they pursue a family plan that develops vital life skills, upgrades job skills, gain employment and transition into stable, secure housing.
